There are some jokes so old and so deep in our psyche that we don’t even need to hear the set-up to know what they are.
Someone discovered that a South Yorkshire Police building address tapped directly into one of those jokes. Or, to put it another way, wait for it:
In case you were wondering, the building was in place before the aptly named road was built to connect the M1 to the airport, and planners decided to have a bit of fun.
Can’t help wondering whether they have a police dog with no nose.
