Schuberth C3 Basic helmet Sale £50 off @ Motolegends

The current Schuberth C3 Pro is a great helmet. For some people it works better than the Shoei Neotec 2. Now, the C3 Pro came on to the market five or six years ago, and in so doing it replaced the standard C3, which at that time was the only flip-lid to own.

When Schuberth introduced the C3 Pro, they renamed the previous model the C3 Basic. They reduced the number of colourways in order to make it less sexy, and they removed the Pinlock from the box so that they could hit a £299.99 price point. At this price, it continued to sell well. The new Pro was a better helmet in a number of marginal respects, but the changes were minor.

But now Schuberth has decided that it wants to rationalise its range, and so in the not too distant future the Basic will be discontinued. In anticipation of this, the price of the Basic has been reduced to an even better price of £249.99, which frankly makes it a steal. Bear in mind that the C3 Basic is still one of the quietest helmets on the market. And now that Schuberth has moved to Sena rather than Cardo, it can be fitted with with the same comms. as the C3 Pro. If, therefore, you’re looking for a high-end flip-lid at a low-end price, there’s never been a better opportunity to do so.

There is only one problem. The UK is the only market to offer the C3 Basic, and already stocks are running low. Indeed, in some colours, in some sizes, the Basic has totally sold out. Anyway, if you’ve been thinking about a flip-lid, now’s the time to act. As ever, if you want to make sure that the helmet fit is good for you, you can always come and see us, but the fit of the Basic is pretty consistent with the Pro, and indeed all other Schuberth helmets. Just for information, you should know that if you have a large head, the C3 Basic is one of the few helmets to come in an XXXL size.

We love Schuberth lids, and think you will too. The name "Basic" is a bit rubbish for a great helmet, perhaps it lost something in translation? Deffo worth checking out & at £250 - it's a bargain!
